Beginner Strength Program
Designed to get your body moving again. This program is 4-5 days of workouts per week, each averaging 40 minutes per workout. The goal is to get you comfortable with the basic movements of a weight program with the goal of losing fat, building muscle, gaining strength and ultimately, working your way up to the HawkFit Signature Program. Equipment needed:
-Dumbbells in varying weights and/or Infinity Bands,
-Cloth Thigh Bands ,
-Bench that inclines , Ab Wheel.

HawkFit Signature Program
This program is intense. 6 days per week; each workout is between 45-70 minutes. I utilize multiple weight training theories to continually challenge your body and encourage the best results. You will burn fat. You will gain muscle. You’ll like the way you look. I guarantee it. Equipment needed:

Strength Training + Conditioning
This program will average 5-6 days a week for 45-60 minutes per session. The HawkFit Strength and Conditioning Program, designed to elevate your fitness to new heights! This program combines the best of strength training and high-intensity conditioning to help you build muscle, burn fat, and enhance your overall athletic performance. Each workout is carefully crafted to challenge your limits and deliver optimal results. Enhance your speed, coordination, and agility with ladder drills and cone exercises, perfect for improving athletic performance. Burn calories and boost endurance with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) incorporating jump ropes, sprinting with resistance umbrellas, and more. Equipment needed

Glute Training Program
This program is designed to grow your back end. But we can’t forget about the rest of your body. So every other day is Glute Training, followed by an Upper Body Push/Pull Day. Equipment needed:

Postpartum/Pregnant Training Program
Designed with the Mom in mind that is wanting to feel and look how you did pre-baby and even better. With lots of core concentration and specializing on clients with Diastasis recti. We also cover full-body workouts to tighten the whole body. Typically 4-5 days a week, with each workout lasting around 35-45 minutes.
Menopause Training
This program is designed specifically for women navigating these life stages. This program provides carefully tailored exercises that focus on strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health, along with modifications to support hormonal changes. It also includes a comprehensive nutrition guide to help balance hormones, boost energy, and promote overall well-being. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, this program is adaptable to your needs, helping you stay strong and confident through every phase of life. Equipment needed

Golden Era Program
This program is designed specifically with seniors in mind. We will start slow and build up to strength training. A set of infinity resistance bands and resistance loop bands is all you will need. You will start to feel amazing again. Equipment needed:

HITT + Weight Training
